We ship out of Ontario, Canada
FREESHIP200 can be applied at checkout for orders over $200 (mugs, doormats, printers & machines not included)
**If your order is over $300 and includes mugs or doormats you may use the FREESHIP200 code (printers and machines still excluded)**
If your order is under $200 and you use the FREESHIP200 code, an invoice for shipping will be sent to your email and your order will not be processed until shipping has been paid.
Rates are calculated at checkout. You will have the option for multiple carriers.

Our free shipping code does not include express shipping. Even when selected at checkout the package will be shipped with the most cost effiecent courrier rate available.
We will do our very best to ship all orders within 48 hours - Monday to Friday. (this does not include PRE ORDER items) You will receive a notice with tracking info once your purchase is on its way to you! Please keep an eye on expected delivery date to ensure someone is home at the time of delivery. (if your packages shows delivered, and the address provided was correct we can not refund the order)
LOCAL PICKUP
For our local customers, most orders placed before 3pm will be ready next day. Pickup is available at the shop from 9am to 5pm.
Please wait for a pickup email before arriving at the shop to pickup your order.
If you require an afterhours pickup it needs to be scheduled with us via email at info@kawarthavinyl.com PRIOR to 5pm when we close. We do not bring any orders home with us unless it is scheduled in advance.

REFUND POLICY
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will do our best to correct any mistakes made on our part.
PLEASE DO NOT SHIP AN ITEM FOR RETURN BEFORE CONTACTING US
Conditions for returns:
In order for us to consider a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You can contact us at: info@kawarthavinyl.com
Your email must include:
- a photo of your order sheet (found in your package)
- a photo of the item that is wrong or damaged
Once we have approved the return (within 48 hours of receiving your request), please ship to us in the original packaging. The shipping address will be provided to you via email. You will receive a notice once your item has been received and again once your item has been refunded.
If you are approved, and once your item is received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus processing fees.
We will not consider returns for:
Used items - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Change of Mind or accidental order - It is your responsibility to check your order before checkout. We will not issue refunds for items you have changed your mind on or ordered accidentally.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
