Shipping policy

 We will do our very best to ship all orders within 48 hours - Monday to Friday.  You will receive a notice with tracking info once your purchase is on its way to you! Please keep an eye on expected delivery date to ensure someone is home at the time of delivery. (if a packages shows delivered, and the address provided was correct we can not refund the order) 

 

LOCAL PICKUP

For our local customers, most orders placed before 3pm will be ready next day. Pickup is available at the shop from 9am to 5pm.

Please wait for a pickup email before arriving at the shop to pickup your order.

If you require an afterhours pickup it needs to be scheduled with us via email at info@kawarthavinyl.com PRIOR to 5pm when we close. We do not bring any orders home with us unless it is scheduled in advance
